Joe’s Garage Acts II and III is a rock opera by Frank Zappa recorded in 1980 as a follow up to Joe’s Garage Act I.

The gatefold interiors of Acts II & III featured collages taken from a medical journal, while the cover for Acts II & III featured a makeup artist applying blackface makeup to Zappa’s face. The album peaked at #53 on the Pop Albums chart.
