Get Your Rocks Off is a US version of the Manfred Mann’s Earth Band album which was called Messin’ in the UK with a slightly different track listing (the track “Pretty Good” was included in place of “Black And Blue”, seemingly because the latter was about slavery and deemed unsuitable for the US market) and different artwork.
