Hot Burrito is a compilation disc released in 1971 by The Flying Burrito Brothers, an American country rock band, best known for their influence on the ever changing country music scene.

Although the group is perhaps best known for its connection to band founders Gram Parsons and Chris Hillman (both formerly of The Byrds), the Flying Burrito Brothers were at the forefront of the new guard of country music musicians.
