Long After Dark (Limited Edition) is a collector’s copy of the fifth album by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Released in November 1982 on Backstreet Records, it reached #9 on the Billboard 200, and was produced by Jimmy Iovine.

The album was also the first to feature the late Howie Epstein on bass and harmony vocals. “Long After Dark” is the first Heartbreakers record to feature synthesizer, and is most notable for the major MTV hit, “You Got Lucky” as well the second single, “Change of Heart”.
