With “Living Time” (1972), composer George Russell reunited with piano master Bill Evans to offer a suite of eight compositions which represent the stages of human life.

Features the Bill Evans Trio augumented by various rhythm sections comprising the likes of Tony Williams, Ron Carter, Stanley Clarke, and Sam Brown along with horns from Joe Henderson, Jimmy Giuffre, Sam Rivers, and Garnett Brown.
