Description

Early Allman is a compilation album by the The Allman Joys, an early band featuring Duane and Gregg Allman.

The Allman Joys were “discovered’ by songwriter John D. Loudermilk in a local Nashville bar in the mid Sixties, who lead them to a producer at Dial Records, who in turn agreed to record some tracks by the band for the label which were susequently released in 1973, well after the Allmans had become famous as members of The Allman Brothers Band.
