Description
Originally titled “Fred Neil”, Everybody’s Talkin’ is a re-release from 1969 that was re-titled to take advantage of the popularity of the title track covered by Harry Nilsson for the film Midnight Cowboy.
Music journalist Richie Unterberger characterizes the album as Neil’s “best”, and it was listed in the first edition of the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die, edited by Robert Dimery.
